One of my favorite RedState users posted this image here. Here is the challenge: Fake it.
Fake out this photo however you see fit. You may note I've altered the photo, but the original, which you should use, is located here.
Please keep the guidelines in mind.

Wherever you are hosting your images should give you an HTML code to copy and paste into this comment section. For instance, mine was the following:

A few weeks back you recommended some editing software, unfortunately it doesn't work on [yech] Windows Vista. Any other recommendations?

It's sad because the earlier versions of PSP actually made me happier than the later ones, despite the many new features.
Still, for $79.99 it's one of the best bang-4-buck commercial programs. 30 day free trial (actually it's 45 days, shhhh) and with a little eBay searching you can find the older version super cheeep. In fact you can get it with the vector program in the graphics suite cheep also.
Runs fine in Vista. Good features, relatively large user community. I use it every day.

Lyapis Trubetskoy of Belarus made this video and it has all the world's bad guys in it, including LT's own president Viktor Lukashenko. Some say it's an anti-globalist song but it's still a funny video.

You're using a div tag to center your image, but you have to close the div tag after the image.
