I am not a blogger per se but as a so-called liberal posting on a so-called conservative forum I thought it wise to talk about my beliefs and attempt to explain a few of my viewpoints. My intention is to find common ground for debate in our - hopefully rational - discussions.
First off, I would like to point out that I enjoy the debate, and I like discussing the difficult topics of the day. In my opinion the only reasonable decisions one can ever make are informed ones and this includes listening and grappling with the viewpoint of the opposing side. In general I find that there are two types of debates: values and objective.
