Posted at 4:45pm on Jun. 23, 2008 Right wing bloggers spoiling Obama's 'messianic' campaign
By Cheetah772
This is too funny that if it were posted as a comment, it wouldn't do justice to right wing bloggers. Therefore I've decided to create a quick dairy.
Remember how we all piled on Obama campaign's "presidential" seal as the symbol of Obama's arrogance? Good. Then you'll like this quote from Democrat strategist Bob Beckel:
“The right wing bloggers don’t like it but so what? If this is the best they can do against him then he’s a more of a shoo-in than I think he is already,” Beckel said.
Congratulations, Redstate and other conservative blogsites, you have just "forced" Obama campaign to drop its "presidential" seal logo. As if we're really forcing Obama to do anything at all...

Posted at 6:53pm on Jun. 7, 2008 Punishing the American Princes
By Cheetah772
Who are the princes? That’s the question I’m sure many of you are asking as soon you’re reading the title of this blog. But if I’ve caught your attention, first let me explain a bit before giving the answer. As a student at a Bible college, the Bible offers a wealth of insights into human living and how wisdom is applied practically in our daily lives. Of all books of the Bible, none offers such wealth of insights as the book of Proverbs does. Despite the fact it was written over two thousand years ago and circumstances under which it was written were very different from our time, it remains a timeless book on applying wisdom even in the realm of American politics.
The title of this blog actually comes from Proverbs 17:26:

Posted at 9:56pm on Apr. 16, 2008 Obama's Mother and Food Stamps, A Poor Upbringing?
By Cheetah772
Following Obama's recent dumb comment about small town Americans clinging to guns and religion, he defended himself by claiming that the notion of elitist is absurd because of his poor upbringing. He claimed that his mother was on food stamps, so how could he be an elitist in his upbringing? For a while, that bothered me a good deal. Why? We all know that Obama has repeatedly lied in the past on certain issues, and will do again in order to get by. Do we dare to take his word at face value?

By Cheetah772
Yes, I'm serious that Iraqi insurgents do actually listen to us...a lot! Wait a minute, you might ask me, just who do you define as 'us'? I mean anti-war establishment, of course. Let me explain myself a bit more clearly...

Posted at 3:54pm on Mar. 2, 2008 Just How Serious Chavez Is? A Dangerous Threat in South America
By Cheetah772
Just how serious Chavez is? Very. Chavez has taken upon himself the role of defender of leftist liberty in South America. Just how do you define leftist liberty? Is it an oxymoron? Of course, it's an oxymoron, but it isn't one to Chavez, because he views Raul Reyes, a senior Colombian revolutionary leader, as a hero or a freedom fighter.
Chavez condemned Colombia defending herself by killing Raul Reyes and other guerrilla fighters. He called Colombia a 'terrorist state' and President Alvaro Uribe a 'criminal'. It's ironic Chavez would call President Uribe a 'criminal' when you consider the fact he himself tried to subvert Venezuelan democracy and participated in a couple of military coups.

Posted at 8:55pm on Dec. 24, 2007 New President-elect and Congress
By Cheetah772
I've noticed that here on Redstate, there are a lot of blogs on Republican presidential candidates, and how each of them is preferable to each other, and what they can do in leading America on various issues. However, I don't believe I've ever seen a blog piece on how this supposedly new President-elect, assuming he is a Republican, can work with Congress to pass parts of his political agenda.

By Cheetah772
Wow, I didn't expect to write two blog pieces in the same day. In any case, Ann Coulter wrote an article criticizing Huckabee, and I think she is both right and wrong. How so? Please read on.

Posted at 4:52pm on Dec. 19, 2007 Something other than Huckabee, the End of Sunshine Policy Era in South Korea?
By Cheetah772
Sorry, everybody, I got tired of a number of blog pieces written on Huckabee and other candidates seen on Redstate, and it's time for a change of scenes. So, without further addo, this blog entry is about the possible end of sunshine policy era in South Korea. While this most recent presidential election in South Korea lacks the media coverage here in America, its significance should not be overlooked.

Posted at 5:06pm on Dec. 14, 2007 The Election of 1912 and Republican Party Today
By Cheetah772
One marvelous thing about this election is the fact that none of us are aware of the fact that the history is indeed repeating itself. How so? You know, I’ve been reading James Chace’s book, 1912: Wilson, Roosevelt, Taft & Debs – The Election That Changed the Country, and it’s amazing that how much things still remain the same even after nearly one hundred years later. Of course, the name of players and certain factors have changed, but the overall theme remains the same: the intra-war within Republican Party between social conservatives and other groups. Read on.

Posted at 12:49pm on Nov. 2, 2007 Responding to Pejman Yousefzadeh's Redhot entry
By Cheetah772
I am responding to Pejman Yousefzadeh's Redhot entry on Ron Paul's foreign policy views. He didn't enable comments on his redhot, so that's why I'm responding here with my own blog entry.
For the record, I am not a Ron Paul supporter, and I do agree with most of Mike Moyer's points on Dr. Paul's foreign policy views. However, there are a couple of sentences in Moyer's blog that I disagree with. I don't know if this is Pejman's view as well.
Here's the excrept from Moyer's blog below the fold:

Hello everybody,
I'm not sure if this story has been already posted, but considering the recent debates we've been having on immigration policy and illegal immigrants, this story deserves to be posted online. I'm very curious as to what you all think of this news article.

Posted at 8:03pm on Jan. 9, 2007 Do we no longer believe in making sacrifices for our country? (President's Speech)
By Cheetah772
My fellow Americans,
We are here to ask ourselves the most important question on what we as the country are doing right now in Iraq. The soldiers we send to Iraq aren't the only ones who are making huge sacrifices in giving up their lives and choosing the hard way to serve our great country faithfully and bravely. No, it's not their parents who have to suffer greatly in watching their dear sons and daughters being sent to Iraq, protecting our way of life and giving Iraqis a taste of freedom. Yes, Iraqis have also made many sacrifices in joining us together to make their country a decent place to live in, but I am not here to talk about Iraqis, I am here to talk about ourselves, as fellow Americans.
