Also, turnout in today's primary could be *higher* than it was in 2000:

1.5 million expected today, 1.4 million voted in 2000.

Lastly, I live in Ohio, which doesn't get anywhere near the amount of snow as Michigan, but 2-3 inches of snow plus some icy patches is not going to deter many people at all. Michigan knows how to handle the snow.
