A Moment For Republican Pete Olson

CQ Politics tells us "that Vice President Dick Cheney is scheduled to attend a fundraiser in River Oaks today for Republican Pete Olson of Sugar Land and the Texas Republican Party." Olson's opponent, Nick Lampson, replaced Tom DeLay and now we need to help Pete replace HIM.

GO here now and show Pete your support. According to the CQ piece:

Olson has a big money gap to close. "At the end of March, the last period for which records are available, Olson’s campaign was technically in debt, with almost $128,000 on hand and a debt to the candidate, who provided a personal loan of $175,000. Lampson had $1 million in the bank."

Don't let the wrong guy stay in office because you thought someone ELSE gave Pete the money he needs.

Do it for Pete.

Do it to help clean up the House that Nancy trashed.

I hope all Conservatives appreciate the good work you guys are doing. ALL elections, not just POTUS are so important right now and a great deal of average American citizens (meaning not political junkies like us) do not understand this.
RedState is reminding us of this fact each day and hopefully we are sharing this with others.

A wealthy Republican district with the backing of many high profile national and state GOPers, and he's in debt?!

“.....women and minorities hardest hit”

but he shouldn't need much money to win this district. It is a conservative district. Are people that gullible to be so influenced by yard signs and poorly produced commericals?Jindal in 2012!

Barack Obama is after all, the Democratic candidate... oh...and they elected Clinton twice.

The height of most people's engagement in politics is what they saw on TV (ads or a 20 second segment of news before they changed the channel to find "Dancing with the Stars."

I wish people would pay attention... if they had, the two nominees would be muchos different.
