I love the man!
George W. Bush has signed the new FISA bill into law and when he did, a determined look came over his face and he
SLAMMED THE PEN onto the table.
GOOD for him!
The window of opportunity is now open.
Let justice prevail.
He slammed the pen after signing a bill.
DANG! This is gonna be good!

...had a specially-balanced throwing pen made, practiced with it for the last year and a half, quietly replaced the real pen with it after signing... then after the signing, I would have suddenly leaped to my feet and flung it so that it stuck in the wall not six inches from Senator Feingold's ear.
