Here we are in the 2008 Presidential election cycle, and once again we freefall into the Abyss of History. Once upon a time ago it was stated "He who forgets the past is doomed to repeat its mistakes." Truer words were never spoken, Our forefathers when creating our wonderful new nation looked forward from their time and tried to guide us with their thoughts.

They wrote in a style both beautiful and straight forward, "WE THE PEOPLE" not we the congress, we the pac, we the bussiness etc. We the people were to be in charge of our government, Thomas Jefferson saw the need to tell us, Their decendants, that we alone should control our destinies.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal(18th century vernacular meaning all mankind), that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights(The term inalienable rights (or unalienable rights) refers to a theoretical set of individual human rights that by their nature cannot be taken away, violated, or transferred from one person to another. They are considered more fundamental than alienable rights, such as rights in a specific piece of property.

Inalienable Rights are: natural rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They are the most fundamental set of human rights, natural means not-granted nor conditional. They are applicable only to humans, as the basic necessity of their survival.

), that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

The point here is Barak Hussein Obama constantly preaches, socialism and anti Americanism. He derides the citizens right to choose for themselves what is best for them. He wants to institute a Federally run Health Care program for us, excuse me the Government already runs a health care program it's called the VA, let me know how well this works. I won't step foot in a VA hospital as is my benefit, I will go to a veteranarian first.

His views on taxes come right out of the Communist Manifesto, "from each according to his means, to each according to his needs." Pardon me? That hasn't worked since Engles penned it over 100 years ago, what makes him think he can make it work today? Nobody else has been able to do it. He wants to take from me to give to whom he wishes to, I'm sorry since when should I support your lifestyle? If I choose to feed you I will invite you over for supper. If I choose to clothe you I will donate my old clothing to goodwill. And if I choose to house you I will rent you a spare room in my house.
There is no such thing as a free lunch and freedom isn't free.

Freefalling into the Abyss, same worn out platitudes and theories just a new suit spouting them.
