Trent and Mitch still holding up transparency bill

Over at my site earlier this week, I reported that Trent "Damn Tired of Porkbusters" Lott was holding up a bill to force Senate candidates to file campaign finance reports electronically (S. 1508). It appears he's still doing it, and doesn't want to tell anyone when he might quit quit bucking and braying and move the d*mn bill. Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn he is. And so is Sen. Mitch "Darth Vader to McCain-Feingold" McConnell, who also is doing his best to keep the bill from moving forward, according to the Sunlight Foundation.

It's time for the blogosphere to push "Damn Tired" and "Darth Vader" to get a little more responsive to the wishes of concerned citizens.
