The GOP has a great candidate running in the TN GOP 4th Congressional District Primary. He's Kent Greenough(Green O) and I know for a fact that Kent "gets it". Lincoln Davis (D) is currently sitting in that seat and was once considered a Blue Dog but since Nancy is now stearing the House ship, Lincoln has lost his way.
With everyone's help Kent can pull this away from the Dem's. Kent and his wife Janice are former Marines. Both conservative to the very core of their souls.

Obama's reluctances to cut all ties with Dr. Wright and the Trinity Church leads me to believe that Obama is not willing to "give all" to be the leader of the free world. The MSM hammered this theme constanley about FDT. We Fredheads didn't want to believe that but it turned out to be true. Now, it seems that Obama has the same problem.
To accept the requirements of the President of the United States one must be willing to sacrifice certain thinks and be ready to protect 300 million Americans and have that whatever it takes atitude. It's apparent Obama felt Dr. Wright's friendship and to keep his "old uncle" relationship was more powerful than the job of Commander in Chief.

Obama looked and sounded bad on H&C tonight. He seemed not to be able to get his words out. Major did a good job asking "direct" questions. I can only assume that the bloggers will now start searching the video's of the Rev's anti-American tapes, looking for Obama and Michelle. I bet they find one or two with them sitting in the front row. If that is the case..bye bye Obama.
20 yrs of knowing someone - you pretty much know where they stand (socially). What about the "water cooler" or the "coffee pot" talk? Was ther any anti-American chat, I hate America, we caused 9/11 talk ..did that ever come up? I doubt Obama is ready to say YES. Obama is in deep boop..boop.

The MSM has been reporting ALL day that a big Dem turnout in WY gave Barrack Obama the win. It's been a big story all day. A bigger turnout than expected with more than 1000 NEW register Dem's since Jan 8th.
Here's the last snap shot I saw:
96% of the Caucus's reporting - Barrack Obama with 4,459 and the Monster with 3.081 total votes. Now if I can do the math:

Rush mention today that Senator McCain apolized to Senator Barrack Hussain Obama today at his Cincy rally. It seems, as Rush tells it, that a talk show host at the event, kept repeatly saying Senator Barrack "Hussain" Obama. I assume this talk show host was my own favorite Bill Cunningham. Bill took over the Sunday night Matt Drudge radio show. I don't know this but anyone who listens to Bill knows that how he addresses Senator Barrack "Hussain" Obama. So McCain felt like he had to apoloize to the Obama campaign. Give me a break.

This morning, as I do every morning, with cup of coffee in hand I sat down and start reading ALL the print, that's fit to print. As Rush calls it, show prep.
This morning at the Washingtontimes my eye caught an article by Stephen Dinan - "Green crusades lot of talk". As I started reading the article by jaw just fell open. Mr. Dinan was complaining that none of the presidential nominee's were doing enough to cover their "carbon footprint" for all their travel's to get elected. Here's the meat of Mr. Dinan article.

Just because the MSM wants you to select a particular candidate before the first vote has been placed does not mean you jump off the deep end and listen to them. I don't put much stock in Iowa or NH. These first two states are just that - the first two states. Let's get into SC and the next 3 weeks to see how things turned out.
The MSM is leading everyone to believe that the Huckster is NOW the GOP righteous one.

Hannity tells his listerners that "your not going to get everything you want from any candidate" and I bought into that initially but NOT anymore.
As a true conservative, I will not and cannot lower my standards/requirements for the most highest position in the world. Governor, Mayor, School Board and maybe city council but NOT the President of the Free World.
I've even stopped telling everyone AOBH (any one but Hillary). When does an individual decide to make a stand? We are at a critical time in history and failure is not an option. I cannot watch this party move to the left just because we need to beat Hillary. My opinion is, Hillary will beat herself (with Bill's help).

Full disclosure - I live in TN...enough said.
If one was to sit back and take stock as to where we have been and where we (conservative) need to be, one would ask "how do we get back to where we should be."
Let's take 4 topics that Mr. Thompson has addressed and is willing to make a start to turn these around.
1. Defense
2. Taxes
3. Abortion
4. Illegal Immigration
Item #1. Mr. Thompson has proposed to increase the number of boots on the ground and upgrade the technology needed to face the NEW enemy of the 21st Century. Our military was cut so deep during the 8 years under Clinton that this will take time and money. It need IMMEDIATELY attention.

I am totally frustrated with this 110th Demcratic controlled congress and the men and women who continue to want this country to fail. By pushing HR 4156 the House once again has showed it's true face. A face of surrender. Our troops need this money and they need it now. Harry says we're good to Feb 08 but SOD says we've only got a couple more weeks of funds. I don't trust Harry. Please contact your Congressman and let them know how we feel. Do it now.

Listening to Rush this morning he let his audience know that he has learned that Congressman Henry Waxman has directed his investivative staff to start monitoring Rush, Levin and Hannity's radio shows. If this is true, what's the Congressman really up to and has he gone to far? Looks like Freedom of Speech does not ring a bell to the Congressman and should the DOJ get involved? I'm assuming the House Speaker gave her blessing to Congressman Waxman.
