Shorter David Neiwert: "Even though I completely got wrong..."

"...the dates regarding the Princeton University hate crimes hoax, and in a fashion that a bright twelve year old would have scorned to duplicate, I still think that Glenn Reynolds is a big, fat poopyhead. Hey, if Jim Henley can do it, so can I."

At that, in terms of coherency Neiwert still beats out the guy he linked to in the first place. Dang, but we tick these people off, don't we? And can't I just call it?

Via Just One Minute, who is equally amused at the rather reactionary nature of the modern Left 'sphere.

PS: Dave? That noise you heard outside the window? Just the wind, man. Go back to sleep.

Nah, it's one of those new LCD night-lights. It'll last forever. Don't worry.

You called it, and I've been getting emails to the effect that the perps. aren't getting punished. I think they are.

Thanks, Moe: it was really great work on your part. Don't these people ever learn that lying about what they're doing will sink their cause faster than a nuclear torpedo?

(And maybe out of jail) -- he really should seek help. I know I don't like getting my chain yanked like this. There are so many other Conservative groups on campuses throughout America that really do need our help and now we get this guy at Princeton doing this...

The mind reels...

In any case, I sent an email back to the person who is claiming they're not "being punished" for perpetrating the hoax and I know that they are going to be punished. That might be it for Anscombe at Princeton for a while, maybe forever.

What a waste!

Note to public moralists: DON'T LIE. Simple, no?

I agree with the Daily Princetonian: Princeton comes out a big winner in this. Everyone in the Administration and student body at Princeton should be proud of themselves. They got to the bottom of it quickly, and that's the most important thing.

when the Groton allegations surfaced. They can hold their heads high.
