For Lamont (28): Akaka, Bayh, Biden, Boxer, Byrd, Cantwell*, Clinton, Dayton, Dodd, Durbin, Feingold, Feinstein, Harkin, Inouye, Kennedy, Kerry, Kohl, Lautenberg, Leahy, Menendez, Murray, Obama, Reed, Reid*, Rockefeller, Schumer*, Stabenow, and Wyden.
Neutral (2): Bingaman and Lincoln.
