Posted at 6:09pm on Jul. 9, 2008 Iranian Missile Test

By redscan

A missile test this morning takes Iran to the next level.
Nine 1250-mile-range missiles were successfully fired.
Each can carry a 1 ton payload to Israel or to US bases.
One ton is a great deal of payload.

Is it time to sit down for tea with Mr. Ahmedinejad?
Let's do lunch. Or not.

Posted at 12:55pm on Jul. 8, 2008 Obama: Front and Center

By redscan

Rasmussen reports that Obama's move to "the center"
is working.
Viewed as liberal by 67% just weeks ago,
now 56% consider the Senator from Illinois as liberal.
22% now (36% before) think of him as "very" liberal.

Meanwhile, Senator McCain is picking up steam as
a conservative. Now 28% think him very conservative,
as opposed to 19% in June.

The "marketing" war must have a "surge."
The bar-rapture is coming. Obama is

Posted at 4:51pm on Jul. 1, 2008 very soon

By redscan

Very soon the individuals that represent us
will realize that the government cannot sustain its current
level of regulation. They put up fences at every
opportunity taking over our economy by stealth.
They regulate energy restricting market access
The government economy usurpers must realize they
need the producers.
We are the producers.

We have allowed the government budget to grow beyond reality.

Posted at 8:42pm on Jun. 27, 2008 John Kerry with a Tan?

By redscan

Grover Norquist had some good ideas.
Drowning the government in a bathtub.
And "Ineffectual" may very well describe Obama.
But "John Kerry with a Tan"?
Good grief.
This is not the way to attack Obama.

Obama can be called too liberal by the right.
Obama is being called too centrist by the left.
On taxes, on security, on experience,
we can work on his record and his statements.
But this kind of attack is like

Posted at 11:58am on Jun. 26, 2008 Cannibalism on the Left

By redscan

The key is here.
Winning in November is about cannibalism.
Obama is trying to be "centrist."
He can't convince the right of that.
He can't convince the "middle" of that.
He CAN convince the left of that.

kosoids are furious about FISA.
Obama will not do their bidding and
filibuster. In fact he did not come out
against it. His tepid statement fuels
their rabies.
The Supreme Court overruled Louisiana's

Posted at 5:14pm on Jun. 24, 2008 Obama's achilles heel

By redscan

People have claimed Obama is the most liberal senator.
Liberals, however, have some differences of opinion.
Obama's support of the FISA legislation
has angered many liberals.
Obama's rejection of gay marriage
has angered many liberals.
Obama's Christianity
has angered many liberals.
Perhaps Obama isn't liberal enough
for the liberals.
Read their blogs, like Zuniga's.
You'll see.
It's a chink in the armor.

Posted at 11:53am on Jun. 17, 2008 Democrat Convention Out of Money?

By redscan

Democrats canceled a "media event."
Their convention in having money problems?
So says CNN.
The host committee misses every funding goal.
Sounds like public television.
Where's Obama?

Obama is supposedly raising money like a
1998 venture capitalist.
We heard all winter of his cash generation exploits.
Where's Obama now?
Can't you pay for your own convention, sir?

Now Denver is held "hostage."

Posted at 3:04pm on Jun. 16, 2008 Markets Respond to Opportunity

By redscan

Off the coast of Peru, a group of 20 islands is covered
with bird guano.
Twelve inches thick. Sounds great,
doesn't it?
No casino, no Trump resort.

Demand for organic food and cost of fertilizer
present opportunity.
Turn that guano into guan-dough.
Sounds better now.
The locals mine the guano to sell for fertilizer.
12000 tons per year is a lot of guano.

Spain and Peru went to war over bird guano

Posted at 2:20pm on Jun. 13, 2008 "Prevent" Defense?

By redscan

Have you watched a football team lose in the closing minutes?
Were they in the "prevent" defense?
"Prevent" defense is risky business.
The best defense is a good "offense."

Senator Ensign's goal is to keep a minority at 45.
This is GOP prevent defense.

This is time to "attack the ball."

George W. Bush is a great president,
as the recommended diary proclaims.
Sadr City is now peaceful; Iraqis are "standing up."

Posted at 3:02pm on Jun. 11, 2008 Hard Work

By redscan

What happened to hard work?
The promise of America is personal achievement.
Achievement is something accomplished, especially
by superior ability, special effort, or great courage.
That is what my dictionary says.
What do you say?

America is what we make it to be.
America is not what Barrack Obama says it is.
America is not what John McCain says it is.
McCain will not save us. Nor will

Posted at 12:29pm on Jun. 10, 2008 the gift of impeachment

By redscan

Dennis Kuchinich introduced 35 articles of impeachment
yesterday.
Thirty-five charges aginst the President.
The liberals have come "alive" at just the right time.
The GOP have been given a gift.
The GOP should allow the liberals to self-destruct.

If congress takes up this "investigation",
the people will see them for what they are.
There is work to be done, and the liberals
are wasting time whining about the president's "misdeeds".

Posted at 1:15pm on Jun. 9, 2008 It's the stupid economy

By redscan

The American sheeple are worried.
Gas is $4.
Loans are out of reach.
Food prices are rising.
The GOP will suffer the backlash.

McCain must "nip it in the bud."
The economy is not the fault of the GOP.
Borrowing has devalued our currency.
The debt has nearly doubled since 2000.
But there is "good" debt and "bad" debt.

"Good" debt is used to purchase an asset.
Security is an asset. Iraq is an asset.

Posted at 2:02pm on Jun. 6, 2008 Republicans for Obama?

By redscan

Today I found a new website.
republicansforobama.org
It even has the elephant icon.
Americans first and Republicans second,
says the site.

The "principals" claim to be conservative Republicans.
They think Obama will "heal," and "unify," and "redirect."

According to these "turncoats" Obama wants to
cut the deficit
force China to revalue the yuan
use coal, nuclear, and corn for energy

Posted at 11:40am on Jun. 5, 2008 Beginning of the End? or End of the Beginning?

By redscan

The Democrat Party has nominated Who Sane.
And they call the GOP nominee McInsane?
If the bar-rapture arrives, the "end times" will follow.
The "tax maggots" will sit at the right hand of
Obamessiah. All hail Who Sane.

How will Who Sane campaign?
A hard "right turn" is happening.
Jerusalem as the "undivided" capital of Israel?
A new policy is born.
Let's watch as Who Sane backtracks on Iran.

Posted at 2:12pm on Jun. 3, 2008 Conscience

By redscan

Scott McClellan now finds a conscience.
His books exposes all the "lies."
His statements were "badly misguided."
Rove and Libby "misled" poor Scotty.

Now he's been "beamed up."
Say goodnight, Katie Couric.
Time for the CBS Evening News with Mr. Scottie.
The cameras can't take any more, Captain.
We'll be seeing much more of Scottenheimer.
Come October, he'll be a "fixture."
Yammering about Senator McCain. Do you
