For those who think Ahmadinejad is just misunderstood

Iranian president Amaneedajihad™ in a speech which aired on Iranian News Channel (IRINN) on August 15, 2006 said in effect that the west “should bow and surrender to the might of the Iranian people."

” If you want to have good relations with the Iranian people in the future, you should acknowledge the right and the might of the Iranian people, and you should bow and surrender to the might of the Iranian people. If you do not accept this, the Iranian people will force you to bow and surrender.”

On the eve of what some are speculating to be Doomsday I hope everyone is paying attention and waking to the fact that this madman can not be reasoned with!

We absolutely have a responsibility, along with the rest of the civilized world, to do everything in our power to deny further development of nuclear technology to Iran until such time as they choose to elect a responsible government who aren’t being influenced or maneuvered by a group extremists posing as spiritual leaders!

Apologies for making a glib Mark Levin-style comment, but here goes...

Isn't it as or more likely that Iran would eventually bow to Israeli might? Smoldering, glowing, Israeli might?

No, wait, that would be Tehran after Israel exercises said might.

"I could explain, but that would be very long, very convoluted, and make you look very stupid. Nobody wants that... except maybe me."

More brilliance such as that can be found at the Academy. And yes, I know how pretentious I sound.

Since I've been following this one radio talk show host out of Philadelphia on weekday mornings, it has occured to me that, today being "Doomsday", maybe we ought to just keep our ears perked for any sound out of the usual background noise we've been getting here these days. Then again, all we may end up with is Ahmadinejhad going "PBBBBT!"

Even so, these are the guys who kept chanting "Death to Israel! Death to America!" and took fifty-odd Americans hostage back in 1979. We should be ready for anything coming out of the region, and from whatever enclaves they have amongst us. I think we had our Chamberlain moment when Israel blinked under US and UN pressure on Lebanon this month. Hopefully the point where Iran, actually believing its Apocalypse is coming, turns on its supposed allies in China and Russia and sets itself up for a big hurt down the road.

I'm all for adopting the Russian method of dealing with terrorists (one family member at a time) myself...

Rather interesting that Persia continues to promote itself as Iran, with all the Anti-Semitic and Nazi baggage that name carries.

Do Americans have the ability to recognize a danger when it presents itself? The man is clear in his statements, his objectives are clear, his methods are difficult for most to understand but really, does it matter? Cut off the head of the snake, end the threat.

The Aryan-Iran name has more to do with the millenia of conflict between the Semites of the Arabian peninsula and the Tigris-Euphrates-Jordan crescent with the Persians than it has to do with the Nazis.

If I recall correctly, aren't the olde Aryans the progenitors of those living in Northern India and founders of Hinduism(Not to mention destroyers of the Indus Valley Civ)? How the heck Hitler dug out of his rear that Germans were one and the same is beyond me.

That's a great candid shot of Mr. Ahmadinejad (soon to be "Mr. Ahmed-needs-a-place-to-hide-from-the-American-bombers").

Thanks for posting.

That's actually not my MYSPACE. In fact, I don't even have a myspace. I just use Jason110 as my alias (since Hotmail a long time ago gave me those numbers after my name [I don't use hotmail anymore btw]).
