From what I understand, Dick Durbin is trying to sneak this through. I am passing on to you all because I am hearing there are not a lot of people or Senators that actually know what this is all about. So I have called some talk radio stations in my area hoping to get people talking about it and make more people aware. This thing could pass either today or tomorrow so we do not have much time.
