Wow, you guys gave me a blog. How generous.

I know your time is precious, so I will not try to waste it.

One week ago, I was comparing the two candidates' positions on energy policy. I had just read McCain's plan, being a McCain supporter, but was interested in Obama's plan, too (It was the curious political junkie in me). I was dismayed and frustrated to find out that Obama's website lied and said McCain had no energy efficiency policy. It literally said he had no plan for energy efficiency.

This week I returned to his website to find that article, and it was harder to find on the Obama website. When I found it, it was in smaller print, as if smaller font can make lies look different.

THE TRUTH!: McCain does have an energy efficiency policy, to make the grid more effective, to make federal buildings more energy efficient, and monitoring energy use to see where the grid is inefficient. There is much more, but this is most impressive to me.

CONSERVATIVES: THIS IS IMPORTANT! You may disagree with the whole concept of conservation, environmentalism or global warming, but the main point here is OBAMA's WEB SITE IS LYING!!!The site is still lying, even after Obama admitted and praised two of McCain's proposals for energy efficiency.
