While many GOP voters have made up their minds, I believe the swing voters could easily be influenced by who they think we will likely face in November.
If it looks like Clinton will be the nominee, for example, it clearly helps Guiliani who has built his entire candidacy on the premise that he is best equipped to beat Hillary. Probably helps McCain as well.
If it looks like Obama is sweeping the nomination, however, it could have a very different effect as many voters would start looking at who could match the energy, youth appeal, optimism and oratory skills of Obama in the general.

Four new polls show Huckabee in the lead. Three show Romney. The key difference, of course, is what assumptions are made regarding the turnout models. Scott Rasmussen provides a solid analysis of what assumptions went into each of the most recent polls, along with comparisons to election eve polls in 2004.
