I just watched the revolting press conference about Al-Zarqawi's autopsy. I don't know if anyone else watched it, but the media only seemed concerened with finding any sort of malfeasence/brutality that they could. They seemed rather crestfallen when the medical examiners could find no evidence of gunshot wounds or beatings on his body. The press seemed more interested in allegations that the U.S. forces 'jacked' the Iraqi police (took their shirts, cuffed them, and "treated them like suspects"), which are unproven, anyway. Did anyone else catch that,or have I contracted Media Derangement Syndrome?
