The American Heritage Dictionary defines the word "racism" as "discrimination or prejudice based on race." Cambridge University apparently works off of a different definition:
A CAMBRIDGE University student is at the centre of a race-hate probe after printing anti-Islamic material in a magazine.
The 19-year-old second year student at Clare College was in hiding today (Friday, 09 February) after printing the racist cartoon and other vile material.

Nearly 14 years ago the Democrats took control of the White House, holding strong majorities in both Houses of Congress. Nobody would have imagined that just two short years later, Republicans would take back the House and the Senate and force that Democratic President into the political center.
What happened in 1994 was the result of brilliant political maneuvering on the part of Representative Newt Gingrich, who united House Republicans and gave every member of the GOP a platform on which to run their election or re-election campaigns. Gingrich's tenure as House Speaker was tumultuous at best, but his campaign to take back Congress was pure genius.
