It was the week following "Mission Accomplished" when Bush rolled out his next BIG PLAN for reshaping the .....Universe.
It was The Permanent Moon Base. For whatever reason it was chosen as the next policy initiative. While our troops were wrapping up the loose ends in Iraq and Afghanistan(which ofcourse had already succumb to democracy).....it was clearly time for Bush to move onward. He gave a speech detailing the viability, plausability and delivered quite the detailed plan. Including the price, $2 Billion dollars.

Thomas Ravenel, State Treasurer, is the chair of Rudy's S.C. campaign.
Ravenel has also just been indicted for distribution of cocaine. WHAT A WASTE! Ravenel is from a prominent political/business family in Charleston and he WAS to have a bright future in S.C. Republican politics.
