This morning, the AP is reporting that Presidential candidate John McCain is proposing a $300 million prize to anyone who can develop an advanced automobile battery.
I know that during elections politicians will say pretty much anything to see what will reverberate with the public but this was interesting if you expand the vision of the statement.
