The Oregon Petition, signed by 32,000 scientists, was just released, and fell on the usual deaf ears of the press.

There is only so much mileage that the global warming fantasy has left, before the people get wise and tote their pitchforks to the ballot box.
I'm not bitter and I'm not clinging to my SUV, either. I get 30 / 40 mpg and drive in the slow lane.

For the past couple of months, I’ve been trying to get a job. A few hours ago I got offered one which I accepted. Thankfully, I don’t fall into the minimum-wage trap, but having been laid off my ten-years-long position, it was a tough row finding companies willing to hire this almost 60-year-old grandmother. I had a few things going for me, not the least of which was a ton of experience to go along with my education.
