With Iowa fast approaching and Huckabee haters running out of material I thought I would cut to the chase and just make the Hitler comparison argument.
Let me explain: Huckabee hatred has evolved over the last few months and is following a predictable path as his numbers rise.
1. First came the attacks on his ability to finance and run an effective campaign. Despite this, his numbers rose (to levels the "experts" said they could never on his budget).
