"He's not conservative enough."
"He's a RINO."
"He'll be too liberal for the Republican Party."
I've heard comments like those above - and worse - over the past weeks from people who think John McCain shouldn't get the Republican nomination, and that someone more conservative should.
The only response I have: get over it.
Is John McCain perfect for the super conservatives? No. Is he perfect for liberal RINOs? No. Is he the best chance this party has at keeping the presidency for at least the next four years? You better believe it.

The Wall Street Journal came out with a scathing piece this morning on Mitt Romney, highlighting just about all of his flaws, from his intense focus on business and his failure to understand Washington:

It's been a week since I've gotten back to The George Washington University, where I'm a junior, but in that short time I've been able to have some in-depth conversations with a number of my young Democratic friends - some of whom work for Clinton and Obama - about the 2008 Presidential race.
