It caught my eye yesterday that Hillary didn't say she was "ending" her campaign, but rather "suspending" it. I wondered - is there some deeper meaning there? Then I see this piece this morning and learned a new thing or two. In addition to power, there's a twist on money I don't recall hearing about before. More below.

Over the past 2-3 years I've been sent dozens of packages to troops via anysoldier.com. You can do as much or as little as you want, and it goes directly to a soldier, not some middleman.

This one speaks for itself. He says they didn't "say" it, but they "stretched the facts" and "implied" that if the Dems won Congress that they would stop the war, which "any good student of government knew wasn't true". And people "ate it up". Indeed!

I'm not sure what to make of this. He will slam Obama for voting against Roberts, but won't pillory Hillary for it.

Some of the quotes below are the typical claptrap, but one is amusing. Only thing missing is the obligatory mention of innocent children being killed. No doubt some dead kids will appear before any photographers do.

Obama just held a press conference denouncing Wright. I only caught the end of it, but he sure was doing a lot of hemming and hawing. Couple of mentions here and here among many others no doubt.
When you find yourself in a hole you're supposed to quit digging. All this does is create more questions.

Pakistan is set to free top militant leader
The Pakistani government has been negotiating with a banned terrorist group to release a terrorist leader. This is supposed to reduce violence and will include more releases for reconciliation.
Are we sure Jimmy Carter didn't stop over there after kissing up to Hamas?

Here we go.... This ad targets Obama for voting against a proposed Illinois law that would have expanded the death penalty for gang-related murders. More behind the story at NewsMax. He didn't oppose it because he's anti-death penalty, but rather because it would have disproportionately affected people of color since they are more likely to be in gangs.
