Commenter BoBo over at ConfirmThem links to a CNN interview with Rudy Giuliani that should destroy his support among conservatives because of his declared support for federal funding for abortions, not to mention his appalling legal reasoning. I copy BoBo's post here in full:

None of the Republican candidates have released their figures yet, but several Dems have, so let's take a look at what they've raised so far this year (via yahoo):

New York Senator Hillary Clinton ($26M (plus $10M from her Senate war chest)) and former North Carolina Senator John Edwards ($14M mil ($1M usable only for general)) both shattered previous 1Q records ($8.7M for Phil Gramm in '95 and $8.9M for Al Gore in '99).

for those of you who don't visit ConfirmThem, I thought I'd inform you that Chief Justice John Roberts will be giving his first public interview since ascending to the high court TONIGHT, Monday 13 November, on ABC's "Nightline" program, at 11:35 pm Eastern. That is about 20 minutes from now.

I never made a diary on the old RedState, but I made this (off topic) comment over at CT, and then it struck me this might could make a good Diary post, so here we go:

The Texas Republican Party has requested an injunction of the 5th circuit's ruling that DeLay must remain on the ballot from the Supreme Court.
