In a separate context, Samarra'i said in the press conference he held in the Jordanian capital Amman on Sunday that a maximum contribution of $ 2300 U.S. dollars in support of the Democratic Party candidate, Senator Obama in the state of Chicago, explaining that by saying:
"...States in the U.S. you have the right to donate cash, and I donated $ 2300 dollars for Obama."

This Roundtable concerns Mark Halperin's piece concerning What John McCain Underestimates.
Thomas Crown: The "Major League vs Little League" difference between Obama's infrastructure and his own. This is the only one that worries me. Obama's actually a fairly crappy politician from any standpoint but organization. McCain is actually a pretty good politician from any standpoint but organization.
Moe Lane: He's an organizational god? Then why didn't he win California, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts?
Thomas Crown: No, he's not crappy at organization. There's a difference. He's not Bush in 2000. He's Clinton in 1992.

The California Supreme Court overturned a ban on gay marriage Thursday, paving the way for California to become the second state where gay and lesbian residents can marry.

I’m a bit tired of the Sunday shout shows, so this morning I played hooky. I watched The Football Channel instead.
They were interviewing Bill Belichick. As you know, he’s demanding that the New England Patriots be named Superbowl champions. You probably remember that New England lost the Superbowl, 17 to 14. But Belichick questions whether the score should really determine the winner.

Obama added superdelegates from Utah and Ohio, as well as two from the Virgin Islands who had previously backed Clinton. The additions enabled Obama to surpass Clinton's total for the first time in the campaign.
