BREAKING: Kerry pulls list of Democrats he's campaigned for from his website
The former Presidential nominee is ratcheting up his efforts to protect Democrat candidates from himself.

Currently trapped in a hurricane-force storm that could have been averted by a simple apology, John Kerry is going even further to protect the current slate of Democrat candidates from the hailstorm he has caused to rain down upon them.
It has been reported that, in an effort to stop the political fallout over his refusal to apologize for his grossly disrespectful comments about our soldiers in Iraq, Kerry "removed from his website, shortly after it was posted, the individual photos of House and Senate candidates he is supporting and the amount of money he has both raised and contributed to their campaigns." The cachéd page can be seen by clicking the thumbnail at right.
The organization Fidelis America recovered the deleted page, which indicates that he raised and/or contributed $3,173,000 to 18 Senate candidates and $1,058,000 to 20 House candidates. Bob Casey, Jr. was the top recipient of funds among Senate candidates, collecting over $586,000 from Kerry, and Tammy Duckworth, was the top recipient of funds among House candidates, collecting over $209,000 from Kerry.
Included in the removed portion of Kerry's website are two candidates pictured in uniform, along with three known veterans. Where are they on this -- besides seeking shelter for themselves, and abandoning their fellow soldiers who Kerry so insulted?

John's not going to those fund raisers to make sandwiches. He's going to help raise money, and if he wasn't there, less money would have been raised, if any at all.
...{pause}...nah! Too easy!
You've been all over the top of this one, and like you I find this more than another "gotcha" political story due to the senator's history. Excellent job, man.
I hope that Kerry continues to speak his mind...as horrible as it is, since he only continues to denigrate the military that he abhors. Maybe all will eventually see through his mis-speak!
They can pull all of those ads of Democrats that he supports, that only identifies them to my mind. The Swift Boat Veterans were right all along!

I mean come on. It's not like Kerry's joke actually caused people to die or something.
Unlike when Bush thought it would be funny to joke about not finding WMD in Iraq while speaking at the 2004 Radio and Television Correspondents' Association Dinner. He looked under his desk, he looked all over the oval office. Hmmm, couldn't find them. And our so called 'liberal' media laughed and laughed and laughed.
Yeah, real funny. Where's the apology and where's the outrage over that? That, my friends, is truly disrespecting the courage and sacrifice our troops have made. In that department Bush beats Kerry hands down.
You all need to stop bashing Kerry over a poorly told joke and get out of your fantasy world and hold Bush accountable for what he says and for his poorly executed policies and misguided adventures in Iraq. The radical right is in power now, but the problem with being so radical (right or left) is you quickly burn out.
Just how many "jokes" does he have to tell in the last 35 years before you begin to take him seriously? Wake up and smell the roses... Not to mention the traitorous actions from Vietnam...
than give up, in hopes that Americans will heed his and his party's call to retreat and leave the oil rich nation state to them to plot more lethal 911s for Kerry and his posse to investigate afterwards and chase fugitives all over the world.
But you are right, his jokes don't kill anything but good moods and any notion that the man has a clue or or a triple digit IQ.

how to protect this country, even FIVE YEARS after 9/11.
It's not a funny joke, and it's one for which the Democrats should apologize profusely.
Then they should join us in thanking Bush for having the courage to lead our military into Iraq to overthrow Hussein and attempt to found a democratic government.
Every important intelligence service in the world agreed that Hussein was close to obtaining nuclear weapons (Germany said six months). It would have been folly not to have invaded.
And if we hadn't overthrown Hussein, how would we be more secure now? We would face not only North Korea, Iran and Syria, but Iraq, too!
At least now the score is one down, three to go, instead of zero for four!

And traitorous actions in Vietnam? Kerry served and we was there when he could have avoided it. He has every right to talk about the atrocities of that war.
Bush spent his time protecting the Gulf Coast from the Vietcong and can't even prove he fulfilled his service. Bush could have made the choice to go to Vietnam. Yet he did not. What did he learn? Nothing. And now he's given us our very own Vietnam for the 21st Century.
And don't forget. Cheney skipped out of serving for Vietnam as well. Both these men have blood on their hands.
Look around your world pretty baby
Is it everything you hoped it'd be
The wrong guy, the wrong situation
The right time to roll to me
Look into your heart pretty baby,
Is it aching with some nameless need.
Is there something wrong and you can't put your finger on it
Right then, roll to me
And I don't think I have ever seen a soul so in despair
So if you want to talk the night through
Guess who will be there?
So don't try to deny it pretty baby,
You've been down so long you can hardly see
When the engine's stalled and it won't stop raining
It's the right time to roll to me
Look around your world pretty baby
Is it everything you hoped it'd be
The wrong guy, the wrong situation
The right time to roll to me (ooooh)

American President Liberators of American slaves in 1865 (Abe), Western Europe and the Pacific in WWII (FDR), Grenada, Nicaragua, and slaves of the USSR (Ronaldus Maxus), Bosnia and Kosovo (Bubba), and Afghanistan and Iraq (W) never saw combat. Benedict Arnold, Murtha and Kerry did see combat.

I love how redstate handles debate. Don't like what's being said, you block the user id then keep debating the user you just blocked.
Cowards.
Anybody here outraged that Bush joked about not finding WMD in Iraq? Probably not. You're all too partisan to actually hold republicans accountable.
Hey, gideon1789. You want to go to war with the entire world? Last country that tried lost.
See the problem is you're all so afraid of OBL you're willing to give up your hard earned rights and trust a couple of draft dodgers to keep you safe.
Terrorists will never defeat America. Only Americans can do that, and the repuglicans are leading the way in that department.

Thanks for getting that song stuck in my head. Plus I got that weird video running in my noggin too (grown men's heads on baby bodies)
Just as every cop is a criminal, and all the sinners saints - Sympathy for the Democrats
Each Democrat on that web page needs to return his - especially Murtha, Duckworth, Webb and Casey. The first three because they did serve and should be offended, the last one because he continues to state Kerry was just misunderstood. How pathetic.

Demand each candidate return the money that Kerry helped give them.
Even 'Papa Moonbat' Robert Byrd should be engulfed by such demands.
It's too late to make commercials about how (candidate X) took (Y) from Kerry. But, there's a lot of free media possible.
Just have Rick Santorum or Bob Corker or George Allen or Conrad Burns hold a press conference to demand that their opponent returns the money that Kerry gave them.
