Terror bombing in India...
...This time, against a Muslim Target.

Amit Varna of India Uncut has the roundup. Definitely a terror bombing, and definitely against civilian targets: the bombs were set to take gruesome advantage of an Islamic holiday. The death total is currently at 37, and there's already been mild rioting over this. No word yet on motive, so it is uncertain whether this was the result of a sectarian dispute or simply another round in the long-simmering Hindu-Muslim conflict in India.
Like all murderous terror attacks this was, of course, an appalling, unjustifiable and deeply cowardly act; my prayers and sympathies to the victims and their families, and I would hope that the United States government will provide aid and assistance to our ally India, if needed.

We've seen them blow up so many Muslims before (the wedding party in Jordan comes to mind), it is certainly a strong possibility.

You would understand that the terrorists are at least as respectful of the lives of other Muslims as Bush is of his fellow American's lives. Muslims killing other muslims? That is simply unheard of. But we all know "teh BushHitlerBurton" will kill any number of Americans to generate quarterly income for Halliburton or Exxon.

Are there Hindu terrorists? Any in Kashmir?
The organized locus of Hindu nationalism appears to be the RSS ("Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh", "National Volunteers Union"), which is closely associated with the BJP. They've been in trouble a few times, but for incitement to riots, it seems, rather than organized military/paramilitary activity.

The targets were Muslim, but radical jihadists are essentially revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive and grow best amidst chaos. They need chaos, and as we’ve seen in Iraq, they're not above sacrificing a few, or even thousands, of coreligionists to get that ball rolling.
