Democrats need only a handful of members to switch their vote on SCHIP today to ensure a veto-proof bill. Several Republicans who voted "no" last week need to hear from us. Call the Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and tell them to stand firm.

these districts. I am not familiar with all of them however with Biggert for instance it is well to do. I would bet no more than one tenth of one percent of that entire district would even be eligible for SCHIP let alone have it. If these Congress people are representing their constituency then at least with Biggert, she is not representing hers if she votes for this because there are a lot more smokers in her district then there are recepients of SCHIP.
