Today, Democrats are considering scrapping the "John Doe" provision from the Homeland Security bill. The provision would protect Americans who report suspicious behavior. As Rep. Pete King (R-NY) said, "This is a slap in the face of good citizens who do their patriotic duty and come forward, and it caves in to radical Islamists."
Call Democrats’ leadership before their 1 p.m. meeting today. Ask them to protect “John Doe” citizens who report terrorism and terrorist activities.

I'd rather see Gore get oxed than my ox get gored.
The Dem obsessions in some order are:
- political correctness
- helping Bush fail at anything
It almost seems like they don't care what drives risks of attacks here up, since they will just blame it on Bush and count on gains in the next election cycle. It seems that gaining more power is ALL they care about, regardless of what it takes to get there.

at least I'm beginning to wonder. Less themselves to be sure.
