The RS Insider got hold of a Whip memo for sent to House Democrats today. Think Sopranos when you read this:
"Democrats are expected to VOTE NO on the Republican Motion to Recommit regardless of its content."
Over the last three weeks, Democrats have repeatedly voted YES on Republican motions-to-recommit. They pulled the DC voting bill from the floor yesterday because they feared yet another defeat. Apparently, when it comes to today’s vote on the Supplemental, the Democratic leadership decided they’d had enough with the whole “vote your conscience” thing.

What kind of a self-respecting person, man or woman, would allow someone to tell them that they are going to vote for something whether they agree with it or not.
These guys have no rocks.

What the heck is a "motion to recommit"?
To recommit a bill is to bounce it from the floor back to the committee it came from, preventing it from getting passed as is, if I recall correctly.

thats the problem with islam. i kno-i kno, alot of people say "its a religion of love", so how do they say that bout this case?
