An Anti-Incumbent Mood Will Help Mike Bouchard

Democrats should probably face the fact that as much as people have been upset with Republicans, there is a strong anti-incumbent mood in the country, regardless of party. There is no candidate better positioned to take advantage of that than Mike Bouchard, who stands a very real chance of picking off Debbie Stabinow. More people are leaving Michigan than are moving to Michigan. It's unemployment is well higher than the national average. It is in its own private recession. Jennifer Granholm and Debbie Stabinow are two prime causes of that recession -- they've opposed innovative, market based approaches to solving problems and have instead supported plans that kill jobs and starve innovation.

Bouchard need a new ad man. I am telling you he is running an ad about child preditors in Mi right now. HELLO...that woiuld be great if he was running for sheriff again. Please, that State legislature passed Jessica's law. He had nothing to do with that. Oh great, years ago when he was in the legislature he introduced a bill to register sex offenders. That was the biggest waste of ad money he could have spent.
People in Michigan (like me) could care less what the seriff did years ago in the legislatue.
Michigan will NOT elect a republican senator. The people up here just love hand outs...half the state spends more time trying to figure out how to "get over" than work.
I am sorry to be so negative. I will be voting for Bouchard not because of some anti-incombant reason. There just are NOT ENOUGH republicans up here to get him elected.
If Debbi Stabinaw was involved in a HUGE scandel all the Dem/Libs would FLOCK to her.
This state's politics suck. We will be LUCKY to have DeVos win the Gov's race.
