Sources are telling RedState that the narrative is starting to shift. From "Doom & Gloom for Republicans" the story is starting to shift to "Doom & Goom for GOP, But Dems Still Set To Lose."
It seems that Karl Rove has expressed his strongly held belief that the base is returning because of the War on Terror and though things should be devastating for the GOP in this mid-term election year, it looks like the Democrats are headed toward snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Pollsters also seem to be noticing the shift.
Stay tuned . . .

Remember in '04 when the "exit polling" showed kerry winning and they claimed voting irregularities because the REAL election wasn't biased. Pollsters can get any result the want in the wording of the questions, doing a poll on a summer weekend, etc.
The Dim's are like charlie brown though. Every year they get all excited looking at fraud polls and start making their plans for control and they fail yet again. Winning every year would not be as sweet if the Dim's didn't complain and whine so much.
after every election into thinking that the voters that just chose them and their conservative policies over a liberal suddenly reconsidered and prefer liberal policies after all...

Poor GOP.
Sucks to have complete power for 6 years and completely runt he country into the ground, doesn't it?
Granted, I used to consider myself an independent. I'm all for fiscal responsibility: lower taxes, lower spending, small government. Too bad the current incarnation of the Republican party is only really for 1 out of 3.
That, plus the inability to see the big picture when it comes to stemcell research, universal healthcare vs. private company responsibility to provide healthcare, and the intrusion of religious beliefs into governing our local and state governments, it pains me to say that for the first time, EVER, I will be voting straight (D) in November.
You had your chance, GOP, and you hitched you wagon to the wrong horse.
Obviously you aren't referring to the US, with its growing economy, low inflation rate, low unemployment, and relatively low interest rates.
I'm sure it "pains you" to have to vote straight Dem since the Repubs didn't enact universal healthcare. rofl, got any Kerry stickers left over from 2004?
You seem to have hitched your wagon to the wrong blog. This is a Republican blog, where we organize to promote the election of Republicans. You're welcome to vote Democrat, but we don't need to hear about it here.
Drink Good Coffee. You can sleep when you're dead.
If there was any chance that you were not voting straight Democrat this fall I'll buy a hat and eat it.
There are a large number of countries who would give a lot to be as 'run into the ground' as we are.

True, you can sit outside in Paris and drink little cups of coffee, but why this is more stylish than sitting inside and drinking large glasses of whisky, I don't know.

6 years? BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTT
I'm sure that you are aware that the Senate was in D's hand from May of 2001 (thanks to Jumpin Jim) through the election in 2002 (actually Jan 2003 when the new Congress was seated once again in R control).

As opposed to Democrats who are ZERO for three. Yeah, really making your case here...

I'm sure that you know that President Bush is the FIRST and ONLY President to provide federal fund for embryonic stem cell research, as opposed to ALL stemcell research (since you don't probably know the difference between funding, ban, adult and embryonic), and that there is no "ban" on any research. Universal healthcare? That's what the Moby's think is going to win friends an influence people, eh? You need to go back an work on this.
I bet you didn't even lie in saying that this will be the first time "ever" voting straight D ticket, because this will probably be the first time you remember to vote and not waste the day smoking pot instead.
You had your chance bobcatgrad, you just ran back into the end zone for a safety and thought you scored a touchdown.
Oh look, another liberal claiming to be a former independent or Republican who will be voting Democrat for the first time. As if their fake story somehow hurts our feelings or makes us reconsider our conservatism. I don't think i'll waste my time buying that.
Did he say that the Republicans have "run unemployment into the ground?"

between elections. The msm poll driven narrative for 364 days ayear is fiction.
