I'm under the weather today, so I'm going to put off my round up of the right side of the internet. In the meantime, go check this out and get energized to go vote. We don't need a Department of Peace.
Be sure to go here too. This site just went up. Rep. Blunt wants to make sure the country knows what it'll be getting.

Is the Department of Peace to replace the Department of Defense? I fear Mr. Rumsfeld will have a hard time being re-confirmed in that new position.
"I'm kind of old-fashioned. I like to engage my brain before my mouth." Donald Rumsfeld
...Nancy Pelosi's Department of frolicking unicorns.
"Your audience, which will clap at apparently anything, is frivolous." - Hitchens to Maher
the cut and run conservatives who seem hell bent on sinking the ship for petty reasons will help bring this about.
Sitting out is a vote for KOS.
on stupidity, this laundry list of insane bills shows up to sink them lower.
Department of Peace and Non-violence.....arrrggghhh. Anyone besides the Dimwits think that department will slow Osama & Friends down any? Anyone? Buehler?
"A touch of grey kinda suits you anyway."
They need to do a hell of a lot better than that. That's been their line all year. Now 50-70 GOP seats are in some range of competition according to CQ.com, and the list is growing by the day. Then again, if they had been at all attuned to the outside world (not to mention the base) this wouldn't be happening in the first place.
50-70 seats? remind me who's not attuned to reality again? first it was 20, then it was 30, then it was 50, now its 70? On November 1, you'll be insisiting the Dems will take 400 seats.
Why is Barney Frank's Medicare bill listed there? Seriously now.
was actually first introduced in the Senate by Mark Dayton, as S. 1752 about 2 months before Kucinich's bill. Don't get me wrong; Kucinich is just as, if not more, loopy than Dayton. But let's give credit where credit is due.

There are 26 Democratic Reps who have way too much time on their hands. Either that or every other conceivable problem that government could attack is now fixed.

Is IL-11 going to be up for graps once the news hits?
Do we get a Department of Truth, Department of Love and Department of plenty to go with that. Whoever picked this should know better.

Ohmygosh, they are truly insane!
But this line "Expand Medicare to Include Diapers" makes me think that instead of the Nanny state we should call it the Nappy state!
When men yield up the privilege of thinking, the last shadow of liberty quits the horizon.
