I like Duncan Hunter, but I'd like to point out that I received 3242 votes in one ward of one city for my City Council race.
Congressman Hunter has received a total of 1,744 votes in three states for his bid for the Presidency.
Congressman, you are an honorable man. I support your son for Congress. But sir, you are beclowning yourself to lash out at the media. This is not their problem sir. It is yours.

I think you would have made a fine President. I think you would make a great Secretary of Defense should that be in the cards for both you and the eventual Republican President.
Many in the MSM, especially those covering politics, religion, and the environment write Op/Eds where they should be giving us the news.
Those things being said, you cut a better figure when you hold on to your usually-proud dignity. Remember, your dignity protects that of the GOP. And of us.
Lord knows I love the honorable congressman, and realize that he should get out to save his reputation, but look at the dynamics.
You ran unopposed. Duncan, on the other hand, is facing a former presidential candidate and sitting senator, two former governors (one of whom was a damn fine CEO), a former senator, a former mayor, and even a full-fledged resident of the planet Ork. It's just a tad tougher for him.
Vote for the ulti-Mitt conservative. Romney '08!

If his defeat is certain, why do you (or anyone) care if he stays in the race or not? I can't understand the "demands" people are making that he drop out now? Do polls show that in some of these later races he is going to do considerably better (thus taking votes from Romney or Thompson)? If its not that, what is it?
I don't think anyone is losing sleep over his tarnishing his "reputation" by staying in the race.
