"YEAAARRRRGH!"

The Democratic Party of Florida decided to move up the date of their primary, and the DNC told them to buzz off. Their votes don't count. Although the DNC is not paying for the primary, the felt that their rules were supreme.

"YEAAARRRRGH!"

Whatever you think of that Howard Dean, the DNC, and Florida Democrats, Florida Senator Bill Nelson and Representative Alcee Hastings are not taking the law into their own hands: They're taking them to court.

Read on…

The suit will claim that the Democratic National Committee did not have the right to take away Florida's presidential delegates just because Republicans set the primary for Jan. 29 in violation of DNC rules. It will also say presidential candidates were pressured into boycotting the state, which takes away voters' rights to engage the candidates on issues important to them, according to a draft copy obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press.

It will name the DNC and its chairman, Howard Dean, as defendants. Nelson and Hastings, both Florida Democrats, scheduled a press conference Thursday morning to discuss the suit once it's filed.

Again, "YEAAARRRRGH!"

The DNC has no comment other than disappointment.

DNC spokeswoman Karen Finney said the organization doesn't comment on litigation and that she had not seen the claims in the suit.

"It's disappointing that after months of trying to resolve the situation and bring Florida into compliance these two have chosen this path," she said.

Yes, there's more:

The DNC's decision to take away all 210 delegates and the pressure on presidential candidates not to publicly campaign in Florida will hurt the party's chances of winning the general election in November, the draft suit says.

Look, this is just my opinion and you can argue that it is affected by chemo toxins. If Hillary is the Dem nominee and the Republicans nominate either Thompson or Giuliani, the Democrats will not win the general election in November of 2008 anyway.

That's the Democrats for you: You don't like something, sue.

Or as the good reverend would say, "Government of the Democrats, by the Democrats, and for the Democrats".

It's war -- so when can we start shooting back at the enemy Democrats?

Dhimmicrats have, for generations, been sucking on the teat of the Mullahcracy, since their socialist vision for America cannot withstand the scrutiny of debate.

It's pretty fun when they eat their own. Probably the same way they laugh when we eat our own.

It's war -- so when can we start shooting back at the enemy Democrats?

As I Florida resident, I have followed this leapfrog mentality of state primary dates closely, and with great cynicism. The state government pays for the primary elections, not the parties. Also, a Democrat state senator co-sponsored the bill, so they cannot just blame the GOP majority and (RINO) Gov. Crist. GOP loses half its delegates, Dems lose all. And now the Dems sue the Dems in court. Talk about dysfunctional families!
