After her calculated attack on Barack Obama earlier this week during the Democratic debates, Hillary Clinton is now suffering from the effects. Even 10 years ago, such a bitter boomerang may not have come back to bite like this.
During the debate, Clinton told Obama, "I was fighting against those ideas when you were practicing law and representing your contributor, Rezko, in his slum landlord business in inner city Chicago."
She spoke the words slowly, with a practiced poise to inject at the right moment. And it was. It was the most lifted line from the debate and she has been criticized for using a term that would resonate with black voters -- "slum."
This morning a photo surfaced of Bill and Hillary Clinton smiling with Tony Rezko. She was forced to answer to the photo this morning on the Today Show, saying only that she didn't remember meeting Rezko and that her comments to Obama were merely a "counter attack."
"I don’t know the man, wouldn’t know him if he walked in the door, I don’t have a 17 year relationship with him..." she told host Matt Lauer.
Of course the First Couple is photographed with many people they don't actually know so it's quite possible she doesn't actually know the man. However, it's pretty ironic this picture would surface. No reports have discovered where the photo came from and Hillary must be humiliated. Ahh, the fun of the campaign trail.

I have been involed in politics as a career and I know ANYONE can drop $200.00 at a fundraiser and get in line for pictures. This picture looks 20 years old. You can hook Hillary to Rezko because of this picture as much as you could have linked Jimmy Carter to Gacy because he had a picture with Mrs Carter.
The only one who could have given this picture to the media is Obamas people and who gave it to them? RezKo!
Her point was that Obama was working for a slum lord - pretty tough assertion. So, taking money from a slum lord is any different? I also remind you, when it comes to any politician, particularly the Clintons, money talks (e.g. Charlie Tree, George Soros, Marc Rich, Norman Hue, etc. etc.). And with their history, I doubt we're talking about a $200 donation. Moreover, the Clinton's never ever admit to knowing anything regarding money being funnelled to them and are always given a pass. Silly you may think; but they are the dyamic duo of mud slinging; so what goes around, comes around.
it represents access and prestige. Norman Hsu had a picture like the Rezco one hanging on his wall too, and he used it and the appearance of access it created to defraud millions from his investors.
Likewise, this picture of HILLBILL and Rezco was probably on Rezco's office wall in the 90's when he was building his friendships with Obama and other democrats. Wouldn't you trust such a loyal democrat who has such access to the President and First Lady?
The Clinton's know how these pictures were and continue to be used, that is why they charge so much for them.
In the 90's, Barack was chump change compared to the enablers-in-chief and their money for "access" scams...
The irony of this picture is priceless.
That picture helps Hillary! Heck, anybody can get a picture with someone at those events. He never contributed to Bill or Hillary's campaigns and if I remember correctly it was a DNC function. So the only thing it does is keep the story/name alive longer which hurts Obama as people have to explain who Rezko is and why this even matters...

When was the photo taken? What was the occasion? And what did Mr. Rezko do to be at the function where the photo was taken? Answer those questions, and we'll have a better idea of what Ms. Hillary (who never remembers a single event that casts negative doubt upon her - cattle futures, WH Travel Office, Vince Foster, etc. etc.) really knows, just doesn't want to discuss openly.
