It's precisely this sort of inspired leadership that makes Harry Reid...
...the best darn Senate Majority Leader that the GOP's ever seen.

As Jake Tapper reports:
Enigmatic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., says he digs the call to have super-Ds make their intentions publicly known by July 1.
Speaking to reporters, Reid said -- as Roll Call reports -- "I like that — July 1 or before."
And what would he do to encourage the plan, Reid said, “I just did it.”
Harry's telling a fib, of course. While his Party's base might collectively believe that anything is possible if you just wish for it hard enough, Reid's been around the block a few times. He know life doesn't actually work that way. No, what's happening here is much simpler: Reid's really just waiting for Senator Mitch McConnell to tell him what to do.
Business as usual, in other words.

Though I'd like to see McCain win based on his issues, not because of the democrat implosion. Iron sharpens iron. I know that McCain will have to work to win, I just hope much of that work is energizing the base - which would help candidates down the line.
Harry Reid for Retirement '10!
"I ain't never votin' fo another Democrat so long as I can draw breath! I'll vote for a dog first!" - Leola Thomas
Even as a light hearted comment, inspired leadership and Harry Reid should absolutely never, ever be used in the same sentence. He's, by far, one of the worst Majority Leaders I've seen in my lifetime.
The GOP did great in 2007, thanks to him.
