On The Bus With McCain: Photos and Video
Trying To Convey the NH Experience

I'm back home now, but I still have several articles planned based on my time On The Bus. Here I just want to link to my photo album from the trip and some videos I took. Quality varies highly. If I get a second chance to do something like this, I will invest in a real video camera (not just my camera). I also have almost 6 hours of audio from the townhall Q and As and the time on the bus with the Senator. I may put some online, but I would edit it down before doing so.
I note especially that the video quality is variable. The camera was not top quality and I didn't always have a great angle to tape. I hope the videos help give you a chance to see the small settings, the open Q and A, and the thinking-on-your-feet quality of the interaction (as opposed to the TV debates).
Here is a two minute video of some of McCain's stump jokes from a real brief coffee shop visit in New London, NH:

Hey, I don't get invites from other campaigns to ride along with their candidates. Hopefully this series of articles will show other campaigns that opening up access to their candidates gets them some free media.
And I think this was a great opportunity for people to get a bit of a feel for what NH retail politics looks like. Wish my video was a bit better, but it's a process that is hard to explain to people.

You can't stick a fork in McCain. He has bailed on Iowa. But he's running second or third in New Hampshire.

McCain is ovah! O-v-a-h, ovah! Stop beating a dead horse.
