Shut up and save the GOP

At some point today you are going to spend $10.00 to grow your waist line.

You know it and I know it.

Whether it is the Quarter Pounder Meal, value sized, or the Caramel Mocha Skinny Latte with the cinnamon on top and the cinnamon roll at Starbucks, or a combination of the two with something from the vending machine, you're going to waist $10.00 on empty calories.

You're also going to cuss about the incompetence of the GOP.

David Freddoso has an article at NRO about Sean Parnell, the Lt. Governor of Alaska running against Don Young in the Republican Primary.

Instead of consuming empty calories and bitching about the GOP today, why don't you shut up and do something about it?

Let's face it: we can complain all day about the GOP. But if we're not willing to put our money where our mouth is, we might as well just shut up.

I've given Sean $100.00. How much will you give? Make your minimum donation $10.00.

If you don't trust the series of tubes we call the internet or you want to give less than $10.00 (wimp), mail a check to Parnell for Congress, P.O. Box 100719, Anchorage, AK 99510.

Young is the kind of pol that got the GOP into the sorry state it is in.

That's two, maybe three days for me... granted, grad student with a barely-over-minimum-wage job and $35,000 in student loan debt, but who's counting?

or is this a continuation of the old challenge from a couple of days ago? Just wondering, I'll put some more in the pot.

A recent poll by Rassmussen shows Sen. Stevens trailing against his presumed Dem opponent.

Does he have any strong primary challengers?

I don't generally "do primaries," but if Parnell wins, that's a general election win as well.

I'll send along the ten bucks, but I'd quadruple that if the call were to clean house at the RNC. Can just ANY dirtbag run for office on the Repbulican ticket, or must there be some vetting, qualification and approval by the Party? If affirmative to the qualifying and approval bit, then whoever (singular or plural) failed to tell Young "NO - You may NOT run as a Republican!" -- either then or now -- should be ousted first, then follow with true conservative Republicans on the ballot. BIG house-cleaning needed at all levels of the RNC. This Young/Parnell situation, in type, is becoming all too common nation-wide. A pox on all RINOs.

Stop your killing me, the only way to change a party is with money. lol, I went to a former Political Science Conservative Professor at Arizona State and asked, Why doesn't McCain have more funding? He said because Money likes winners! That speaks volumes!

Or you ripped it off; nothing personal, but it's not really important enough to check.

The Fuzzy Puppy of the VRWC. I've been usurped!

Pete's got a strange sense of humor though, about what constitutes a good campaign contribution.
