If Optimism Is A Disease, I Don't Want To Be Cured

So here's hoping that Tony Williams can at least make enough inroads to be recognized and respected as a force to be reckoned with in Washington, DC politics. And here's hoping as well that his example serves as a worthy, instructive and pathbreaking one for Republicans to follow in reaching out to African-American voters. Williams seems to have his act together when it comes to looking for votes in the African-American community. Maybe it is high time that someone from the White House and/or the Republican National Committee talk to him and see if they can learn anything from him.

Betcha they can. Betcha dollars to doughnuts that they can.
