In light of the GOP disaster in New York last November, John McHugh (NY-23) would be a fool not to listen to you. Call him at (315) 782-3150 first. Then call (202) 225-4611.
Ask if he voted for Calvert. Then you may want to ask the following:
(1) Are you aware that Ken Calvert paid a heroin addicted prostitute for oral sex?
(2) Are you aware that Calvert will be the fourth California Republican on the Appropriations Committee to have records seized by the FBI?
TIP: If they say they want to mail you the answer, ask first to speak to someone else. If they insist on mailing you something, respond, "So what you are telling me is that you refuse to answer? I'll consider that a yes vote."
Also, don't forget to call Tom Cole at (202) 225-6165. Just tell the person who answers the phone that you wanted to let Congressman Cole know you will not be contributing to the NRCC's efforts until Ken Calvert is off Appropriations.
Report back here in the comments.

No, call and tell him you want to know the answer. They may say they'll only talk to constituents, but keep pushing.
Also, make sure you call Tom Cole. That's quite important.
I've seen this message, in more or less similar form for different congresspeople, for a few days now. I'm kind of skeptical whether we need to eat our own at this juncture, but I understand the rationale, as well as that this calculation has already been made for this site.
What makes me uneasy is the assertion that sex with a heroin-addicted prostitute is the first reason why Ken Calvert should not be on appropriations. It makes me feel that we care more about sexual skeletons in the closet than crimes of fraud of corruption that were alleged in previous posts. To be blunt, it makes me feel somewhat uneasy about an effort I'd otherwise support...more Duke Cunninghams are the last thing we need. I understand that many feel differently, and this may illustrate the gap between those of us with libertarian tendencies and the rock-ribbed. But we're both part of the same party, and both have the same goal of Republican recapture of the Congress in 2008, and keeping the White House.
Okay, so tomorrow I'll point out instead that he's the fourth GOP Congressman on the committee who has had FBI records seizures as well as a host of dubious earmarks that have had a beneficial financial impact on property he is connected to.
After calling McHugh's Watertown office three times between 9:00 and 10:00 and getting only a recording, I called McHugh's Plattsburg office. Reaching a human I explained that I was trying to find out if Congressman McHugh voted for Ken Calvert to be on the Appropriations Committee. The person to whom I was speaking didn't know, but said she would find out. When I gave her my 203 cell number, she asked who I was. I explained I was a blogger writing for RedState and other blogs. She didn't seem impressed.
Not satisfied, I called McHugh's Mayfield office and got another recording. I then called McHugh's Canastota office. I asked the more friendly sounding staff person if they could help me find out whether Congressman McHugh voted in favor of Ken Calvert's assignment to the Appropriations Committee. The staffer said that would be up to the leadership. I replied that I understood the steering committee voted on the appointment and I wanted to know how McHugh voted for a blog story. She asked, "You’re a blogger and your going to write about it? I replied yes, at RedState and other blogs. She assured me she would get back to me.
I then called McHugh's D.C. office. I explained what information I was seeking and was told the person with the information wasn't available and was invited to leave him a voice mail message. The message greeting was Robert Taub, McHugh's Chief of Staff. I asked Mr. Taub to call me back.
who cares it's his private business now if he is a crook then thats a different matter. What is the differnece that he recieved oral sex from a herion addict vs just a clean & sober hooker i just don't get that part of it.
I talked about the FBI seizures and earmarking.
