Somebody(-bodies?) at MSNBC is a lying coward who thinks you are stupid
oh, and the media *has* no liberal/anti-bush bias. Remember that!

In the dining facility here in Kuwait, "Hardball" was on the TV (yes, at least 2 hours of MSNBC are played on Armed Forces Network-News channel, including Matthews and Olbermann).
For the entirety of a ten-minute segment on SCHIP (featuring Pat Buchanan and some Air America (fe?)male, the graphic on the page exclusively said, "Bush Vetoes Kids Healthcare."
That's it. That's all. Pathetic.

Basically the summary from Shepard Smith on Fox News yesterday as well. No surprise from MSNBC.
On the other hand, NPR news* yesterday gave enough details to make the picture clear.

*Dang confessions! Yes, I listen to public radio in my truck. Where else do you get classical?
AP reported this morning that "President Bush cast a quiet veto Wednesday against a politically attractive expansion of children's health insurance"
Then they quote Reid calling Bush's veto heartless...
Irresponsible yet predictable on so many levels.
Channel 1, reported the veto in about the same way. BTW Channel 1 is a "news service" that a lot of schools force students to watch everyday.
...a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right...
