Keith Olbermann has listed us on the worst persons list. We tied with Roger Ailes and Glenn Beck as "worst person in the world." Great company to be listed with.
Thanks to Amanda Carpenter for letting us know!
UPDATE (Dan McLaughlin): And just last year we were TIME Man of the Year!
Son of UPDATE (Moe Lane): Let us congratulate reader Flagstaff, whose blog entry has outraged Olbermann so. Amusingly, Keith thinks that Flagstaff's name is actually "Red." (shrug) Olbermann.

The short version? Flagstaff, you have personally pissed off Keith Olbermann with your blog entry - not front pager; blog entry - about the Tuesday debates! He says he wasn't on, or something.
The only problem is, he thinks your name is Red.
The Fuzzy Puppy of the VRWC. I've been usurped!
He doesn't think Flagstaff's name is Red, He meant red as in Redstate. Apparently he talks directly to websites, perhaps confusing them with sentient beings.
Maybe he gets confused, like when Homer writes directly to movies.
"Dear Die Hard, you rock. Especially when that guy was on the roof. P.S. Do you know Mad Max?"

is how Olbermann's voice broke while reading the quote from flagstaff's post. It just wounded him so.

I will freely admit to being jealous. I work so hard at being offensive and obnouxous and I get passed over :(.
I'll be trying harder guys.

it's good for me, too. And to think I wasn't even trying to be offensive.

I would say that you got your 15 minutes of fame but after further review of Olbermann's ratings, I'm afraid I'll have to lop that to a pro-rated 7 1/2. Congrats and thanks for your earlier comment to me.

Kind of funny in a pathetic sort of way.
Then again just one more example of liberal projection/irony deficiency seeing as they are always complaining about VRWC drawing up lists of enemies and general paranoia.

From Olbermann's biography on the web site Internet Movie Database, under the heading "Trivia":
"Doesn't drive because of a loss of depth perception caused by a head injury. In 1980, he hit his head on the top of a subway door while running into the waiting car."
So I guess mistaking Flagstaff for "Red" can be accounted for.
mishap is what accounts for his level of intellectual discourse--which is as shallow as Atlanta's current water
supply.
But then I thought of how vile and hateful he would act should similar information become available about one of the very, very many people he takes time out of his day to hate.
The people have a right to know!
THAT'S a title I would wear like a badge of honor! As I see it, it's akin to being called a racist or a nazi by a moonbat when you're debating him/her/it, it means either you're winning, or you've beaten him!! "An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last." Sir Winston Churchill
Olbermann's complaint was that he wasn't on the post-debate coverage? Is he right on that point, or did he just forget about it?
All the same, let's work ourselves up to the worst position. We deserve it. :-)
of post-debate coverage.
But he was on TV that night after the debate, so technically, I was not wrong.

Kim Jong Il, and that nut in Iran as the "Worst person in the world." Olberman must have a strange criteria for judging "worst".

I saw Kieth Olbermans (sp) "Worst persons in the world" and he made good points about Fox news truncating critism about their business network to make it look like compliments. Its very misleading
It's not a cop show, either.

I did see that segment of Olbermans "Worst person in the world". And he made a good case against Fox news misleading people because he backed it up with proof! How can you find fault with that?

It reveals you for an easily brainwashed idiot, swayed by emotional appeals, hatred, and bush derangement syndrome.
Or in Mr. Perfect hair's case, O'Reilly derangement syndrome.
I decided to watch Olbermann once. He was railing on and on about O'Reilly instead of presenting any sort of news. Then I switched the channel to O'Reilly and he was doing a hard interview of the secretary of state.
That is when I realized one guy is a journalist, and the other is a light weight amature.

I'll respond with a new blog soon.
In the meantime, I have to wonder if Olbermann thought he'd lure in some more viewers by mentioning the tastefully written RedState website?
I guess it takes somebody from the real "lunatic fringe" to be unable to recognize where it starts and stops.
