FOX News Sunday (FNS): Host Chris Wallace goes campaigning with John McCain, then he talks to Obama pimp John Kerry about General David Petraeus's about next week's status report for Iraq.
This Week (ABC): Host George Stephanopoulos talks to the dumb-as-a-post Senator from Virginia, Jim Webb, and Republican Lindsey Graham about next week's report from General Petraeus, then he yaks it up with Howard Dean.
Meet the Press (NBC): Host Tim Russert does the Pennsylvania surrogate thing, with Governor Ed Rendell for Hillary and Senator Junior Casey for Barry.
Face the Nation (CBS): Host Bob Schieffer talks to Howard Dean then to some random journalists.
Late Edition (CNN): Host Wolf Blitzer does this surrogate thing with Okinawa Jack Murtha for Hillary and Chris Dodd for Barry. He'll also talk to Senators John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) about something.
= = = = =
Kerry speaking of the Petraeus/Crocker report with that phony air of authority he so easily summons will be annoying, but it's bearable if you listen for him to slip and say something hopeful. The bit with John McCain will no doubt deal with the Senator's introductory tour, which has been all but ignored by the national political media. (FNS)
We get to watch Howard Dean squirm (TW, FTN).
The U.S. Senates two dumb guys, Jim Webb (TW) and Junior Casey (MTP), do their thing to pre-abuse our soldiers in Iraq and to try to pimp Barry, respectively. Junior gets a break on MTP, because he's on opposite Hillary pimp Ed Rendell, who, though much brighter than the Senator, often finds himself saying stupid things.
Two more hapless surrogates are Murtha (Hillary) and Dodd (Barry) on LE, but at least Senator Cornyn shows up to make everything better.
The summary will be here tomorrow afternoon, and remember that what is said on these shows on Sunday morning becomes the talking points and agenda for the next wek.

"random journaists?" sounds like what Rush calls the Drive-by Media. They are ALL random!
