In the Sunday Morning Talks Shows review, I mentioned that CNN's John Roberts, on Late Edition, "described the Democrats' resolutions introduced last week as 'convoluted at best.' He played a clip of David Obey and Nancy Pelosi at a press conference trying to explain what they were doing. He chuckled and asked Biden how they can implement something they can't even explain."
Courtesy of Curt at Flopping Aces [HT], here is the YouTube of that exchange. It will make you smile, and it shows a side to Roberts I had not yet seen. The confusion at the Dem press conference is hilarious.
It ends with the question from Roberts: "Joe Biden, how do you pass or enforce something you can't even explain?" It was in response to this that Joe Biden invoked his imaginary friend Stan: "What's the plan, Stan?"

realizing that it is only Republicans who are dumb and that Democrats enter the world as wizards. Still a cursory hint as to possibility would not be out of order, in the spirit of objectivity and bipartisanship.
The resolution has more holes in it then Joe Biden has hair plugs, by design. A resolution that flip flops, how resolute !
