Thank you, Algore
The former VP is literally bursting with hyperbole

In an appearance on NBC's Today show, former Vice President (and current self-appointed "the-rules-apply-to-everybody-but-me" eco-czar) Al Gore called the war in Iraq "the worst strategic mistake in the entire history of the United States," and declared that the current situation was "worse than a civil war."
Playing the role of third-party critic to a "T," Gore demanded that President Bush "find a way to get U.S. troops out of Iraq as quickly as possible without making the situation worse." Nice proposed solution, there.
He went on to say, "I would urge the President to try to separate out the personal issues of being blamed in history for his mistake and instead recognizing that it is not about him. It’s about our country."
Gore is correct on one point: it's not about the President. Neither is it about him. It is about our country, as well as our security and the stability of an important region of the world.
Mr. Gore, for the good of the country, get over yourself and spare us all your unhelpful, hyperbolic bluster - and just go back to lecturing us all on the need to use less or no fuel, from the comfort of your private jet.

Ya know, I stopped listening to Algore when he didn't "find a way to concede the presidential election as quickly as possible without making the situation worse."

Wow REALLY, worse than slavery? Worse than internment camps during WWII? Worse than segregation? Worse than giving the North Koreans everything they asked for with nothing in return? Worse than smacking back the silver platter on which was one Osama bin Laden?
Oh I forget the last two "never" happened and its only a myth created by the vast right wing conspiracy.
I hope he runs, I hope he runs, I hope he runs - wishful thinking I suppose.
I am so very glad that this moronic buffon lost the election. He has no sense of history, no military bearing, no strategic thoughts, and no concept of reality. The idiots in the press (Matt Lauer et al) continue to boost his ego and prop him up as some sort of savior. The man needs to fade away.
"I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think I can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.'" - John F. Kennedy
I too could not stand him or matt this morning matt when on many times trying to thell gore he should run and how he would win and gore would just say "thank you and smile" this man is a dumbass to think this war is the worse thing in our countries history..now we have our own fair share of people who should keep their mouth shut but he is the type of man that makes me hate dems and love being a republican

If "pro" is the opposite of "con", what is the opposite of "progress"?
I don't know why that gives him any credence in political matters, however. But then again that never stopped Tim Robbins and his mom, Susan Sarandon, from offering bone-headed political opinions, either.
Of course he never said that, but hey dont let that get in the way.

Algore - Invented the Internets
Gore, who boasted in a CNN interview he "took the initiative in creating the Internet,"

...if you're replying to me, I already know what Gore did and did not say. It's a joke - just a snarky way of embellishing what he actually said about taking the "initiative" in creating the internet. Do you now want to correct me and tell me that Susan Sarandon is not, in fact, Tim Robbins' mother? Gee, I never knew...
/do I need it?
Gore: If I were president, and you and I both know that I should have been elected in 2000, I would have brought peace to the Middle East, ended global warming and invented a way to make smores without a campfire.
Lauer: So, you would have saved the world, right? That would make you like Superman, but without the tights.
Gore: Actually, Tipper likes me in tights.
Lauer: (*giggles*) Why can't I quit you, ManBearPig?

"I will guarantee you that John Kerry will be president of the United States." - Nancy Pelosi
may observation that he was not born a fool; but is completely self-made. Daddy Albert must be spinnin' round and round.
Somewhere in Tennessee a village is missing its idiot and really is thankfull.

Gore is completely backwards. The ISG recommends that we send in 10,000 to 20,000 MORE TROOPS to train the Iraqis.
We should send them in to take out the militias. But oh well.
He is missing it the same as Pelosi. More troops are needed there.
