Joe Schwarz (MI-7) voted against efforts to restrict eminent domain powers in response to the Supreme Court's Kelo decision.
Joe Schwarz has no respect for your private property rights and we should do our best to get people like him out of the majority.
Help defeat Joe Schwarz.

I like the site, but it is one of 10-20 I cruise through. When you make a point about some obscure race, you need to at least give some info on it....
Or, try to get moved to another platoon.
:)
Ya know--IMO, nothing starts off a Monday better than bad, opportunistic humor.
:)
It was a Scoop problem. I had to rewrite the title. Scoop only allows so many characters before it deletes the end of the title.
Schwarz is hopefully going to lose the Republican primary in Michigan 7.
this is just one of a series of posts about this race. Yes, on its own it looks pretty brief but even go to "Next 25" at the end of the homepage list and you will see more.
This is the first story of the series:

is that anybody who is not personally a city council member or a real estate developer is for the use of eminent domain on property to be given to another private party. A road or school? I don't like it even then, but for a strip mall? Blech.
