MORNING UPDATE:
Granholm’s/Democrat’s Taxpayer Fraud gets worse. The state announces a $350 million surplus, yet the latest figures show that the Governor underfunded pension commitments, education funding and borrowed funds from the tobacco settlement…just pushing off more hard decisions down the line.
Why the shell game???
Michigan needs leadership and responsible reforms as the way we spend tax payer’s dollars. Now is the time for a bi-partisan approach to address the “structural reforms” needed to put Michigan back on the right track.

MORNING UPDATE:
Mike Huckabee won Iowa as expected, where approximately 60% of the Republican participants identified themselves as Evangelical Christians. Romney came in a strong second and Thompson pulled off a close third place finish over John McCain.
Barrack Obama pulled off an impressive and historic victory. But the real story is that 2 out of every 3 Democrats rejected Hillary Clinton.

MORNING UPDATE:
House Democrats continue to play games…take two weeks off…pass an unacceptable, politically motivated tax shift..and then try to blame Republicans…as they walk away from their jobs.
Let’s be clear…the Democrat Governor and the Democrats in the legislature passed the largest tax increase in Michigan’s history. The Democrats pushed through these tax increases that included the dreaded sales tax on services…which is a disaster by anyone’s analysis.
